Current status

Pina Mapina is currently in development. The website is a coming-soon landing page. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service, any particular launch date, feature set, or availability in your region.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction to use the site. When the marketplace launches, clients and service providers ("masters") may be subject to additional or separate rules, which will be published before they apply.

Accounts and social login

• Future account creation and sign-in may use email or third-party identity providers such as Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Pina Mapina will never ask you for your Google password.

Waitlist

• You may submit your email address to receive launch updates.
• Please provide an accurate email address that you control.
• You may request removal from the waitlist or unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, spam, or submit fake signups to the waitlist or any future feature;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service beyond what search engines routinely index;
• attempt to attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service for any illegal activity.

Future marketplace services

Pina Mapina intends to let clients discover, compare, contact, chat with, and book local service providers directly from a map. Details of these features may change before commercial launch, and additional marketplace terms may be introduced when they go live.

Third-party services

The service is built on third-party providers — hosting and cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication providers (such as Google), map services, and in the future payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their processing.

Intellectual property

The Pina Mapina brand, name, logo, user interface, text, and designs are owned by or licensed to 8Umbrellas / Pina Mapina. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" during this pre-launch period. We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular launch timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Umbrellas / Pina Mapina will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this pre-launch website or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, for this free coming-soon site, is zero.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
